Nexeo is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Specialist to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be the face of our community, providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents. This job is located in Salt Lake City, Utah. 

Responsibilities 

• Conduct property tours and showcase available apartments to prospective tenants.

• Assist in lease contract signings and lease renewals.

• Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and assist new residents with settling in.

• Respond promptly to phone calls, emails, and inquiries from potential and current residents.

• Provide information about the community amenities, local area, and leasing policies.

• Maintain accurate records of leasing activities and resident interactions.

• Collaborate with the property management team to ensure smooth operations and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

• Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.

• Prior experience in property management is a plus but not required; we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate the right attitude and aptitude for the role.

• Must be friendly, outgoing, and dedicated to providing outstanding customer service.

Pay

$16.00 - $18.00 Per Hour

Schedule

Monday - Friday | 9:00am – 6:00pm
